Following the previous communications about the activities done to promote Italian cuisine in China, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has the pleasure to inform you that the Italian restaurants in Shanghai awarded with Ospitalita’ Italiana certificate will be congratulated during a ceremony held at the Italian Pavilion, on May 5th, in Shanghai, starting at 4.30pm, at the presence of the Italian authorities and local medias. Ospitalita’ Italiana is a successful initiative organized by CICC in cooperation with IS.NA.RT., the Italian Institute for Touristic Researches, under the auspices of Unioncamere (Association of Chambers of Commerce in Italy), the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, the Italian Ministry of Tourism, the Italian Ministry of Culture and the Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Food. Ospitalita’ Italiana is a “quality certification” to certify that the awarded Italian restaurants meet the high quality standards required to make Italian authentic cuisine, as they use original imported Italian products (olive oil, parmigiano, D.o.C. wines etc) and have an experienced Italian chef.
