Cari Soci, Amici della CCIC, Aziende,   L'Ambasciata d'Italia nella Repubblica Popolare Cinese insieme ad Agenzia ICE-ITA e Camera di Commercio Italiana in Cina sono lieti di presentare:   “China-Italy Business Dialogue” Qualità come motore di crescita per lo sviluppo del business   Un evento organizzato in occasione del 50mo anniversario delle Relazioni Diplomatiche bilaterali tra Repubblica Popolare Cinese e Italia, nato con l’obiettivo di creare un’occasione di dialogo concreto tra la comunità di business italiana e cinese. L'evento si svolgerà a Pechino, presso il Four Seasons Hotel Beijing, in data 11 e 12 Dicembre 2020.   La prima giornata dei lavori vedrà aziende italiane e cinesi interagire riguardo le seguenti tematiche: Le opportunità per le aziende nel settore del quality retail all’interno del mercato domestico cinese; Tecnologia e innovazione nel settore della meccanica per accrescere la collaborazione con le imprese locali;  Transizione energetica in Cina: tendenze e opportunità di business per le aziende del settore manifatturiero e dei servizi; Patto per l’export: strumenti a sostegno delle imprese Italiane. Ciascuna delle tematiche verrà sviluppata grazie agli interventi di relatori italiani e cinesi.   La seconda giornata sarà riservata al solo “Sistema Italia” nella quale istituzioni e aziende dialogheranno su priorità e iniziative a supporto del business nei diversi territori, interagendo attraverso i Gruppi di Lavoro Settoriali della CCIC con l’obiettivo di proporre contenuti e azioni da sviluppare.   Si prega di visualizzare qui l’agenda dei lavori.   Modalità di partecipazione La partecipazione all’iniziativa è gratuita. Dear Members and Friends of the CICC,   The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to the webinar organized by its Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG), titled: “Several Key Legal Issues on IP licensing and Transfer in China” The webinar will be held on Wednesday, October 28, via Zoom from 4 to 5.30 PM (Beijing time).  The event will cover the following issues: Legal nature of license under Chinese law IP licensing and misuse Export control of tech transfer IP licensor's legal liability.   The speaker: Cui Guobin Associate Professor & Director of the Center for Intellectual Property at Tsinghua University Law School Cui Guobin is the Associate Professor as well as Director of the Center for Intellectual Property at Tsinghua University Law School. He was the Associate Dean for International Affairs and Academics (2016.7-2019.7). Professor Cui earned his Ph.D. in law, LL.M., and B.Sc. in Chemistry from Peking University, and his second LL.M. from Yale Law School. His scholarly interests include intellectual property, antitrust, property, and law and economics theory. He teaches Intellectual Property Law, Patent Law, IP Licensing, and Chinese Civil Law. He has published more than 20 law review articles and two popular casebooks, “Patent Law: Cases and Materials” (1st edition in 2012, 2nd edition in 2015) and “Copyright Law: Cases and Materials” (2014, Peking University Press). Before he joined Tsinghua in 2002, he had practiced intellectual property litigation and licensing law in Beijing and Shanghai. In 2008, he worked as an intern for Judge Rader at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He was a visiting scholar at the George Washington University Law School in 2008, the University of Chicago Law School in July 2012, the University of Washington Law School in May 2013, and the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in February 2018. In August 2020, he was visiting associate professor at National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Law, teaching a course on Chinese Intellectual Property Law.
