            The face of business has significantly changed in recent years. It has become quicker, easier to travel, new modes of communication are being rapidly developed and refined. As a result of these changes, it is usual to find businesses with culturally diverse backgrounds. Training teams in an organisation to appreciate and embrace these differences can help differentiate a business and provide a competitive advantage.
