He has represented the Chinese Government in numerous United Nations Commission conferences on International Trade Law held in both New York and Vienna, and further assisted in drafting and amending the World Trade Regulation. Mr. Du was appointed Arbitrator of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in 2008.
