            River Delta Labor Law Seminar-Summarizing 2014   Annual Hotspots of Labor Relationship in 2014 and the Twenty Years’ Development of China’s Labor Law   The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-day seminar aimed at analyzing the main hotspots of2014 in labor law as well as reviewing the changes in labor law in the last 20 years. The seminar will be held in 6 different cities: Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Hongkong.   River Delta Law Firm will interpret the following six topics in this seminar:   - Review - Changes in labor law and labor relationships in the last 20 years; - Expectations – The development tendencies of labor law and labor relationships after the fourth plenary session of the CPC Central Committee; - Annual highlights of labor laws and regulations; - Annual highlights of issues about labor and capital; - Annual highlights of labor law disputes; - Important regional legislation and criteria for hearing cases (local officials are invited in order to explain the local criteria).   Subject of Participants: HR director, HR manager, legal counsel, trade union cadre and other senior management   Course Objective: • Look back on the course of transformations occurred in labor law and labor relationships during the last 20 years, and fully understand the development tendencies; • Comprehend in full the latest trends about labor law in 2014 and gain updated knowledge; • Grasp the skills for the settlement of the most recent legal issues arising during the new age of HR management.   Speaker Introduction: Mr. LU Jingbo, managing partner of River Delta Law Firm. Despite the opportunities that the fast growth of e-commerce presents to Foreign SME’s to access or expand their operations in China Market, there is still a lack of understanding concerning the establishment, development and maintenance of an online business. In this context, the set-up of an e-commerce platform should be tailor-made to attract online shoppers’ appeal, without overlooking China`s online legal and tax framework. A real case will be used to simulate this journey, from the ideas conception to the execution, as well as the daily operations of running an online shop. This seminar and networking event aims at showcasing the tools that a company needs to successfully run an online business.
