With his extended experience in international consulting and coaching projects, Marinus plays a crucial role in the strategic approach to our customers in China. Marinus primarily lives in Beijing. Angela Ma - DezanShira Beijing Angela Ma works as a Senior Associate in the International Business Advisory team at DezanShira& Associates Beijing office. She advises clients on corporate structuring, taxation, China investments and general accounting matters. She also assists clients in structuring their market entry strategy, andadvising on compliance issues for investing in China. Angela earned both a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and a master’s degree in international business from the University of Melbourne. She is also a qualified Australian CPA with more than five years of accounting and consulting experience in inbound and outbound investment structuring. She previously practiced in the specific areas of enterprise business management, cross-border investment project management, and general accounting and business administration.   Companies have experienced difficulties obtaining visa for foreign interns as a number of years of work experience are required. However, this policy seems to be changing in Shanghai now in order to attract global talent. Shanghai has recently approved the first work permit for an international student who has just graduated. Experienced professionals, on the other hand, still have encountered difficulties getting work visa in China in many cases.
