            River Delta Labor Law Seminar-Summarizing 2014   Annual Hotspots of Labor Relationship in 2014 and the Twenty Years’ Development of China’s Labor Law   The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, together with River Delta Law Firm, is glad to invite you to a one-day seminar aimed at analyzing the main hotspots of2014 in labor law as well as reviewing the changes in labor law in the last 20 years.       Despite the opportunities that the fast growth of e-commerce presents to Foreign SME’s to access or expand their operations in China Market, there is still a lack of understanding concerning the establishment, development and maintenance of an online business. In this context, the set-up of an e-commerce platform should be tailor-made to attract online shoppers’ appeal, without overlooking China`s online legal and tax framework.   A real case will be used to simulate this journey, from the ideas conception to the execution, as well as the daily operations of running an online shop.
