During the seminar, the experts of River Delta Law Firm will illustrate and comment on the Interim Provisions on Labor Dispatch, involving topics such as how to define "auxiliary position" , the concrete number of "certain percentage", the calculation method, contribution of social security for dispatch to other areas.
