Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
Responsible for Chinese financial statements, support and send report to the Italian CFO. The company has an ERP system and an accountant (Chinese speaker only), and make use an outsourced company for fiscal declaration.
Review performance data to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels
Monitor production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Control cost to achieve company budget goals
Communicate with the Italian HQ to follow up projects.
