The Marketing Assistant will support the Company in marketing related activities. The job scope includes:
1 Prepare and edit texts and content used in promotional material (e.g. in newsletter, press release, website and articles) and other marketing material, in English and Chinese 2 Update Company profile, and other company presentation material 3 Update projects photo gallery 4 Update Company Website and other social network profile 5 Manage and supervise internal publication stock 6 Support to organize exhibitions and events 7 Support to arrange documents and presentations used in external events 8 Attend Business Development and Marketing related meetings 9 Keep close relationship with and coordinate company external suppliers (eg. printing companies and branded material manufacturers) 10 Keep close relationship with important local media partners and develop existing media network 11 Support in other strategic and daily tasks the division manager 12 Business trips as required.
1 Bachelor degree or above 2 Ability to work independently 3 Native Chinese, fluent in written and oral English 4 Quick learner, precise attention to details 5 Good time management skill 6 Good interpersonal and communication ability 7 Creative, self-motivated and result oriented
