-参加法律尽职调查、并购相关工作；
- 负责法律文书的起草，审查和翻译工作，如合资企业协议，谅解备忘录，公司章程和商业合同；
-提供外商直接投资方面相关的法律咨询服务，业务结构，办理外商独资企业货合资企业的公司注册手续；
-为客户提供商业，企业和劳动法等相关事宜的法律咨询；
-与外部律师解决纠纷的工作；
-能够维护和发展坚实的客户基础；
-完成由公司指派的其他工作。
-优先录用具有中华人民共和国律师资格证并取得法学学士或硕士学位者;
-至少有2年以上从事商业/企业、私募股权投资、并购和外国直接投资工作经验，最好是在国际法律公司工作经验或相关咨询公司；
-熟悉相关法律概念并有相关法律经验，包括与外部各方的管理案例进行法律研究和工作能力；
-熟悉外国法律或咨询公司的运作；
-出色的组织和沟通能力；
-优秀的口头和书面英语能力（同时具有意大利语技能者优先）；
-有自我激励、自力更生精神和较高的道德标准；
-良好的组织能力以及处理问题的能力；
-具有良好的人际交往能力和良好的团队合作精神；
-工作灵活，愿意出差。
