Job description:

RSA Shanghai is offering a Junior/Senior Finance Manager position.

RSA is an international fiscal and financial consultancy firm, whose aim is to provide clients with the highest professional services to assist them in maximizing their international business objectives. We are willing to hire experienced and motivated individuals as part of our CPA team, supporting the financial department in our Shanghai office.

Main Tasks:

- Financial reporting / tax / accounting and GAAP
- Perform financial due diligence
- Internal audit reporting
- Companies supervision and on-site check
- Tax consulting
- Accounting and finance consulting
- Visit factories and drafting of financial reporting
- Reclassification on IFRS basis
- Financial report and consulting
- Audit in coordination with local CPA firms

Education Background:

Requirements:

- Experience in tax, finance and accounting
- Experience of internal or external audit, preferably for international companies
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Flexible in time and attitude
- Confident in taking responsibility
- CPA / Auditor licence is a plus (Revisore / Commercialista)
- Interest in medium term international assignement in Shanghai and other Asian cities
