Italian Chef - Bella Napoli - Shanghai

Bella Napoli restaurant is currently seeking a new Italian Chef.

The successful candidate should:

• report to the general manager;
• be able to create new dishes, new promotions, a different menu, buffet for special events;
• be capable of making the recipe cost;
• communicate with the suppliers, be responsible to purchase all goods, do meetings, training and briefings;
• be responsible to keep the cost low accordingly to the budget, always comparing the prices with other suppliers;
• be responsible to maintain food with labels all the time and to maintain the food quality;
• comply with establishing sanitation standards, personal hygiene, ensure the kitchen sanitation and health standards;
• observe proper food preparation and handling technique;
• report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor;
• be able to manage an international team, to communicate with the local staff and assist in developing all the personal;
• assist all catering’s service and event’s organization;
• be able to follow Bella Napoli’s standards, to familiarize with all the costumers;
• be willing to learn and improve all the time.
