Post Event- Third day of the China International Industry Fair

Dear Members and Friends,

Shanghai 17th September 2020 - The third day of the China International Industry Fair (hereafter CIIF) was rich in event and contributions from the Italian mechanical sector. 

The day started with the launch of the new Mechanical Engineering Working Group (MEWG) Members' Digital Brochure and the new catalog. it is the first version of the brochure that will be further improved and integrated with new data and new members, with the aim of becoming a reference point of the Italian mechanical sector in China.

Later, several proposals were presented, among which for a new MEWG logo, as part of the Italian System in China, an integration business deal between MEWG and members' companies to realize a cost-saving Purchasing Group. Finally, the identification of a HSE (Health, Safety  & Environment), Quality and Industrial STD Management System company was suggested, to support STD Certification Achievement for the MEWG members.

The day ended with a Q&A session on the business sentiment of Italian mechanical firms in China.
