Dear Members and Friends of the CCIC,
The Innovation and Technology Working Group (I&TWG) of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you to that the Webinar: "Social Media Marketing in China" took place successfully via Zoom on November 6th, 2020.
The seminar discussed the panorama of social media in China. Stefano Generali, MD InTarget China emphasized the importance of social media, illuminating the topic from four aspects:
generating corporate channel traffic
creating engagement
establishing direct relationships with customers
accurate level measurement can be used to analyze its performance
He analyzed from Chinese social media that China is the country that more than any other is going through a digital transformation: this rapid and big changes in how people live( in both real life and in the digital environment) are always a preview of what will happen in other markets across the China.
Subsequently, Anna Pupi, China Market Specialist, InTarget Shanghai, listed the Top social media applications and video platforms in Q2 2020, and emphasized that e-commerce is an important way for business today, as well as a brief analysis of B2B dedicated platforms for different industries.
Finally, Carlo Gioja, Moderator & Member of the CICC I&TWG, summarized the long-term development of social media in China. Then the webinar was ended by the Q&A section during which the participants brought up many interesting questions related to the topic.
