Neos Commercial Flights: Reservations Open for September/October

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform that seat reservations are now open for Neos commercial flights scheduled for September and October 2022. 

Reservations are open for both the Milan-Tianjin and Milan-Nanjing routes. 

SEATS RESERVED FOR CICC MEMBERS

As part of two different agreements signed with the Italian airline Neos, CICC Members will be reserved seats on the weekly commercial flights departing from Milan to Tianjin (8 seats reserved for CICC Members) and Nanjing (10 seats). The agreement also covers return flights to Milan, following the same rules.

Seats are divided into economy class (4/6 tickets depending on the route you choose) and premium class (4 tickets).

Reservations for September and October flights are open until seats are sold out. It is currently not possible to reserve seats on flights from November onwards.

Please note that commercial flights follow different rules and procedures than charter flights.

MILAN-TIANJIN FLIGHTS

The Milan-Tianjin commercial flights will take off respectively:
• every Thursday at 18:40 (GMT +1 Rome) from Milan Malpensa International Airport with arrival to Tianjin Binhai International Airport at 10:55 (+1 day) (GMT+8 Beijing);
• every Saturday at 9:55 (GMT+8 Beijing) from Tianjin Binhai International Airport with arrival to Milan Malpensa International Airport at 15:55 ( GMT +1 Rome)

Exact departure and arrival time will be confirmed by Neos following the confirmation of reservation.

MILAN-NANJING FLIGHTS

The Milan-Nanjing commercial flights will take off respectively:
• every Monday at 23:55 (GMT +2 Rome) from Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) with arrival to Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) at 17:30 (+1 day) (GMT +8 Beijing);
• every Wednesday at 13:30 (GMT +8 Beijing) from Nanjing Lukou International Airport (NKG) with arrival to Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP) at 20:15 ( GMT +2 Rome)

Exact departure and arrival time will be confirmed by Neos following the confirmation of reservation.

FOR BOTH FLIGHTS

The following applies to both Milan-Tianjin and Milan-Nanjing flights.

TICKET PRICE

• The price of a one-way ticket in ECONOMY CLASS is set at €2,390.
• The price of a one-way ticket in PREMIUM CLASS is set at €2,890.

BOOKING PROCESS

Attention: seats shall only be allocated to CICC Members’ employees (Italian nationals) and their family members (no restrictions on nationality for the latter).

Step 1

To book your ticket, please fill out the excel form that you can download here and send it to assistenza@cameraitacina.com.

Please note that CICC team reserves the right to require proof of employment, self-declarations and other certificates as to finalize the booking procedures.

Step 2

The payment link will be sent by Neos staff to your email address within 1 working day after receiving your completed booking information.

Step 3

Complete the payment transaction through the link and reply to the email with payment receipt within 2 working days. Booking process will be considered completed only after the payment receipt is received.

TIME SCHEDULE

Reservation system closes 16 days before the actual departure time.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPARTURE

All passengers must be in possession of the documents required by the Authorities of the country they are entering, including all additional and specific documents required during the epidemic period.

All passengers are at their own risk in case they fail to provide required documents for departure.

BOARDING PROCEDURE

Passengers must arrive at the check-in gate at least 5 hours before the scheduled departure time. Passengers must be in possession of all the documents required to enter the country of destination.

Each passenger is allowed to check in a hold baggage with a maximum weight of 23KG and 1 hand piece of 8KG.

Pets shall not be allowed to travel.

Passengers must accept and abide by the following conditions:

In case of positive results to the COVID-19 tests, the passengers will not be allowed to board on the plane. In this instance, the passengers shall be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price upon presentation of written evidence confirming the COVID-19 infection;

Cancellation on personal reasons, passengers shall be entitled to the refund with a 35% penalty of the ticket price.
