The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to inform you that the 1st Edition of Member Reception was successfully held on Thursday, May 19th at AZZURRO Italian Restaurant Homemade in Shenzhen, and on the following day, May 20th at Le Hachoir Restaurant in Guangzhou.
About 100 Members and Friends participated in both events, which were great occasions to learn about CICC Recap of 2021, meet the newly elected Board responsible for South China and get to know CICC Members and Friends, as well as listen to their company introduction.
The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce Recap of 2021 highlighted the overall results achieved in 2021, where the Chamber reached 838 Members and Friends representing companies from various industrial sectors. It was also shown that companies in South China represent the 18% of overall Memberships with Guangzhou and Shenzhen at its core, characterized by a steady growth in the past two years.
After the result presentation, Mr. Raphael Paul Cooper, Vice President of CICC responsible for South China, delivered a welcome remark, shared his insights about the Chamber and introduced upcoming activities in South China. He was followed by introductory remarks by Mr. Vinicio Eminenti and Mr. Luca Dalla Vecchia, Board Members of CICC responsible for South China.
Following the Board presentation, it was the turn of our Members and Friends to introduce their companies. Representatives from Veronafiere, Global Eastern Investment, Shenzhen Lucflow Logistic, Global Law Office, Acquaviva, Ventana Serra Freight Forwarding, Persico (Dongguan), Guangdong New Energy Technology Development, Ally Lo Sapio, MODULA (China) Automation Equipment and others, introduced their companies and services in China to other Members.
This was a good occasion to increase visibility to all Members and Friends of the Chamber, strengthen business connections as well as foster business opportunities.
