July 13th Charter Flight: Fast-Track Channel for Covid Tests

Dear Members and Friends,

˃˃ Please note that the following is a facilitation mechanism and it does not constitute an obligation for passengers, who remain free to choose any center available (among those designated by the Chinese Embassy to Italy), according to their own personal preferences.

In order to facilitate the test procedures mandatory to board the July 13 charter flight, we are pleased to inform that the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce finalized an agreement with “Ambimed Group” to ensure special openings of some test centers and a fast-track service for obtaining the results of the required tests.         

For the first charter flight, Ambimed has obtained a special opening of some centers in the following cities: Milan, Bologna and Florence. More details are available in the attachment. This list might be subject to updates. 

Booking procedure
All bookings must be made exclusively through Ambimed online system. To benefit from the fast-track channel, please make sure to use the following promo code: CCIC

To observe the provisions of the Chinese Embassy, please note that tests and results should follow this timeframe:

1. 1st RT-PCR COVID swab – Saturday, July 10th in the afternoon after 4:30 pm. Report issued by Monday, July 12th in the morning at the latest
2. 2nd RT-PCR COVID swab + IgM antibody test – Monday, July 12th in the morning. Report issued by 10:00 am on Tuesday (next day)

For all tests, reservations must be made by July 9th, 12:00 noon.

Ambimed Customer Service will be responsible for receiving, collecting and confirming reservations. Users will receive booking confirmation via email with relative date&time, plus a telephone number for emergency.

To guarantee proper user recognition and related priority, all requests will be managed directly by Ambimed.

Test results     
At the test center, passengers will receive the access credentials to check the results of the tests. Results will be available on the test centers’ websites.
Please note that for privacy reasons, passengers will be uniquely responsible for checking and downloading their own test results.

Rates
Prices offered by Ambimed are the following:
- PCR RT test - guaranteed outcome in 24h - 130,00 €/each.
- Serological IgM antibody test - guaranteed outcome in 24h - 40,00 €

Prices include:
- special opening of test centers;       
- special priority for tests’ results;
- dedicated nursing and secretarial staff;
- dedicated logistics.
