EU Gateway to China Programme Information and Networking event 2017 | Shanghai

Dear Members,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is glad to share again with you the initiative EU-Gateway to China pilot project. The Programme may be an opportunity for national companies interested in developing their business activities in China. EU Gateway | Business Avenues selects those European companies with sufficient market potential, and is open to companies without experience in China as well as to those that have already to some extent engaged in business activities in China.

A first Business Mission (Clean Technologies) in Beijing will be held held from 20-24 March 2017.

Additionally, the Programme’s second business mission will be held from 10-14 July 2017 in Shanghai: the EU Gateway to China 2017 Food Safety Technologies & Services Business Mission.

During these Business Exhibition Days, participants will have the opportunity to showcase European products and technologies to a targeted audience of potential business partners. Participants will also have the chance to visit the Food Processing Technology Exhibition - FoodTek China 2017, China's Premier Integrated Processing & Packaging Event.

Furthermore, application for the third Business Mission under the Programme are now open, which will focus on Healthcare and Medical Technologies: EU Gateway to China 2017 Healthcare and Medical Technologies. The EU-funded business mission is to take place in Shanghai from 4-8 December 2017.

The Healthcare & Medical Technologies Sector covers a broad range sub-sectors. Through the programme’s unique blend of coaching services before, companies will ease into doing business in this generally challenging market.
