ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW CICC WG - Logistics Working Group (LWG)

Dear Members and Friends,
 

CICC is glad to announce the establishment of a new working group, the Logistics Working Group (LWG).

Objectives of the new WG:

• Create a network and promote access to information on Logistics topics
• Facilitate knowledge sharing of information by CICC's members on Logistics knowledge, in China and worldwide;
• Build networks among external groups of interest;
• Follow developments of new regulations and updates on Logistics matters (customs regulation, taxation, etc.)

Activities & projects of the new WG

Monthly or bi-monthly meeting to enhance the information exchange among the sector players, on several topics, such as:

• Silk road initiative
• Custom & duty
• FTZ
• WH regulation
• Specific events with third party contributions (consulting companies, etc) and on sectorial topics (i.e. Cold & fresh chain in China, etc,)
