Dear Members,
e-Vote on the CICC Website started on May 1st 9:00 am and will be active until May 4th 2017 6:00 pm. For more information on how to vote and on how to retrieve your password, please refer to the following guide.
Altima° (http://www.altima-agency.cn/, the agency in charge of the design and development of the CICC website, hereinafter “the Supplier”), is responsible for the management of the e-Vote. CICC has no access to the e-Vote, both aggregated results and list of e-voting Members.
Upon closing of the e-Vote (May 4th 6:00 pm), the Supplier will send to the CICC Chairman and Secretary General a report including:
1-Aggregated results of e-Vote (inclusive of abstention, if any);
2- List of Members that voted on-line;
3-Declaration of smooth operation and authenticity of data provided (ref. points 1 and 2 above).
Aggregated results of e-Vote shall be stored in a closed envelope signed by CICC Chairman.
List of Members that voted on-line will be used to guarantee the One-Member-One-Vote rule.
CICC Chairman will hand the closed envelope to the Secretary General at the Elective General Assembly, during the examination of votes. Examination of votes shall be carried out at the presence of two/three Members to guarantee the examination process to be valid.
The Elective General Assembly will take place on May 5th, 9 am at the Italian Institute of Culture, Embassy of Italy, 2 Sanlitun Dong Er Jie (北京市朝阳区三里屯东二街2号).
Registration starts at 8:30 am, ballot procedures should take 2-3 hours.
