Cybersecurity Seminar - 8th Feb 2018, Shanghai - Post Event

The Cybersecurity Seminar was held on 8th February in Shanghai hosted by our partner 德必WE" in their location in JiuJiang Road.
The seminar aimed to inform about potential dangers that might be encounter in today's online world. 

After a brief introduction of the Seminar contents,  Mr. Marco Vinciguerra, Partner from Vinciguerra  Sangiorgi Vinciguerra Law Firm, brought a legal overview about Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity in China.

He also gave an insight from the business operators' prospective and he helped to define the main provisions of the Cybersecurity Law.
A main part of his intervention was also about the transfer of data abroad, a hot topic for all companies that operate in China.

After his speech, a coffee break, kindly sponsored by Meseta was held in order to let our guest to have a break and networking.

Then Mr. Vincent Guo, Manager at IT Cyber Security Division from Ernst&Young came on stage and share the Latest Development & Enforcement of the CyberSecurity Law.

In the last part of the Seminar, the speakers answered to the questions of the participants.
