CICC New Secretary General and Management

Dear Members and Partners,

We are writing to inform you about recent updates in the management of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), aimed at ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our activities.

Fabrizio Costa has been appointed as the new Secretary General of the CICC. A former executive at the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, he was seconded as a financial expert to the Italian Embassy in Beijing. Having operated in China for several years, he also served as Executive Director for the Euro-Zone on the Board of Directors of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank. Costa is a senior executive with extensive experience in various institutional roles.

Additionally, Antonella Fontanarosa, after six years of active involvement in the Chamber, has been promoted to General Manager for National Activities and Working Groups, further solidifying her contribution to the organization across all social and corporate projects of our association.

On a national level, Marta Zhang has been confirmed as Business Development Manager, Lydia Liu as Finance Manager, and Chiara Ciaccia as Communications Manager.

The CICC offices across China are managed by experienced professionals who work to support our members and activities.

In Beijing operations are led by Federica Viggiani, supported by Aurora Di Muzio, who handles events and administration, and Chen Chen, who focuses on membership services.

Shanghai office is managed by Antonella Fontanarosa, supported by Flavia Gizzi as Event Coordinator, Cathy Shao as Project Manager, Alessio Ji as Business Development Manager, and Chen Wei, who oversees public affairs.
Suzhou office is managed by Elisa Qiu, with the support of Chiara Wu.

Guangzhou office operations are overseen by Romina Di Martino, supported by Thea Liu, who manages membership and administrative tasks.

For Chongqing, the office is managed by Stefania Deng, who also supervises activities in Chengdu.

This structure reflects our commitment to maintaining efficient management while continuing to provide value to our members and stakeholders.
