On September 24th, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) in collaboration with its Italian Quality & Lifestyle Council (IQLC), organized an insightful seminar titled "Consumers Choice and Brand Awakening in China: a talk with Daniel Zipser, Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company", at Poltrona Frau, in Shanghai. The event offered a very interesting content concerning consumer trends in China and networking opportunities.
Amber Guan, GM of Poltrona Frau Greater China, warmly welcomed all guests to the Asia Pacific Hub, highlighting Poltrona Frau’s century-long heritage of craftsmanship, design excellence, and its role in connecting Italy and China through design and culture.
Daniel Zipser, Senior Partner at McKinsey, delivered a keynote speech and shared a discussion document about China Macro and consumers trends. Participants engaged in interactive discussions during the keynote session.
A panel talk featured Daniel Zipser, Roberto Sergi CEO Asia of NUO Capital and Marco Galimberti CEO APAC of Venchi was held, and Julia Liang, Head of Brand for Golden Goose, moderated the panel and co-hosted the event.
Around 50 attendees participated in the event and could enjoy a nice networking aperitif offered by Portomatto at the end of the event
