Call for Tenders

Dear Members and Friends,

Following the success of the 2023 edition, CICC proudly returns to Hainan Expo 2024 this year with a 120㎡ CICC Company Pavilion. The pavilion will showcase a wide range of exquisite Italian lifestyle offerings, including jewelry, diamonds, colored gemstones, pearls, gold, platinum, as well as lifestyle items such as watches, sunglasses, etc delighting the Chinese public.

The Italian Company Pavilion is organized by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce.

The expo will take place from April 13th to 18th, 2024, at the Hainan International Exhibition and Convention Center in Haikou City, Hainan province.

CALL FOR SETUP COMPANY

The CICC is looking for a setup company to produce the booths for the exhibiting companies (rendering, drawings and quotation) that will participate in the expo. The deadline to join this tender is March 1st, 2024.

Submit your Application

Please send your company’s presentation, proposal and quotation with the potential sponsorship to infoshenzhen@cameraitacina.com by March 1st, 2024. 

The results of the tendering shall be announced by email after proper evaluation. 

Participation Terms

• Participation in tendering is open to CICC Members and non-Members; 
• Tenderers must possess the necessary knowledge, experience, technical support, and personnel capable to run the tender; 
• The presentation must provide complete information, be drafted in Italian or English, and be signed; 
• It is the responsibility of the tenderer to study the specifications and requirements before submitting the tender. 

Evaluation Criteria

The Supplier selection will be run by taking into account the event's requirements and the lowest bidding price received. 

If the bidding price is the same or the service/goods supplied are free of charge, CICC will give priority to its Members and it will select the first submitted bid meeting the standards required. 

If no applications are submitted by the Members of CICC, then CICC has the right to select the most appropriate application submitted by one of the non-Member companies.

Exclusion from Tender

The following circumstances will prompt immediate exclusion from the tendering process.

• In case of non-compliance with the conditions of the tendering process; 
• In case of non-compliance with this open invitation to tender; 
• In case of submission of false data; 
• In case of submission after the specified deadline. 

WHAT IS HAINAN EXPO?

Launched for the first time in 2021, The expo ranks as one of the most important trade fairs in China, designed to facilitate access to the Chinese market for high-end, quality global brands. It takes place not surprisingly in Hainan, a rapidly expanding area of China, and is a key event for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and an important platform for global high-end consumer products to showcase and trade.

ABOUT 2023 EDITION

In 2023, a total of more than 320,000 people visited the expo offline, and over 65 countries and regions were represented by the more than 3300 companies exhibiting their products. More than 50,000 exhibitors and purchasers attended the fair covered by more than 200 domestic and foreign media.

Given the central role of Italy in 2023’s edition –Italy has been selected as the Country of Honor, the Expo represented a valuable showcase for Italian companies interested in promoting Made in Italy to the Chinese public.

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in its role as an aggregator and coordinator of Italian companies has set up a Company Pavilion covering 260 sqm, which was part of the Italian National Pavilion, organized in synergy with the Embassy of Italy to the P.R.C., the Consulate General of Italy in Guangzhou and ITA - Italian Trade Agency.
