Call for Companies | China International Consumer Products Expo

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), on the occasion of the China International Consumer Products Expo 2025, which will last for six days from Saturday, April 13th until Friday, April 18th, at Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center (Haikou, Hainan Province) is organizing a company pavilion.

About the Hainan Expo

The China International Consumer Products Expo is hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C. and the People's Government of Hainan Province, organized by the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the Hainan Provincial Bureau of International Economic Development.

Launched for the first time in 2021, The expo ranks as one of the most important trade fairs in China, designed to facilitate access to the Chinese market for high-end, quality global brands. It takes place not surprisingly in Hainan, a rapidly expanding area of China, and is a key event for the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and an important platform for global high-end consumer products to showcase and trade.

About the 2024 Edition

In 2024, the total exhibition area is about 128,000 sqm, divided into six areas: 

• New Consumer Technology
• Watches, Jewelry, and Apparel
• High-End Food, Health Supplements, and Beverages
• Global Characteristic Consumption
• International Fashion Boutiques 
• National Trendy Products 

More than 480,000 people visited the expo offline, over 70 countries and regions were represented by the more than 4,000 companies (brands) exhibiting their products. The Expo lasts for 6 days with more than 55,000 exhibitors and purchasers attending the fair covered by more than 250 domestic and foreign media.

FOR THE 2025 EDITION, CICC IS LOOKING FOR:

• Companies engaged in lifestyle products, jewelries and fashion, high-end collections that want to display their unique products;
• Companies interested in organizing seminars/webinars during the Expo related to lifestyle products, discussing the advantages of the Free Trade Zone, and new trends in the consumer products of Hainan and China.

*NOTE: The participation is only limited to Members and Friends of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce.

2025 CICC Pavilion

Total area: 100 sqmt (tentative)
Estimation: 10 booths (each of 9 sqm)

CICC Member Price: approximately 5,000 rmb per sqmt 

CICC Non-Member Price: approximately 6,000 RMB per sqmt
