The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the 2nd call of INNOWWIDE to fund Viability Assessment Projects (VAPs) has been opened on the 15th of January, with a deadline for submission of applications on the 31st of March 2020. Click here to read the press release.
INNOWWIDE – Viability assessment of collaborative and INNOvative business solutions in WorldWIDE markets -, is a Horizon 2020 project that aims to fund European innovative SMEs and start-ups to conduct VAPs in markets outside of Europe.
The INNOWWIDE call (see https://innowwide.eu/ ) intends to bring European highly innovative SMEs to the forefront of international markets by opening two calls that will allow them to conduct Viability Assessment Projects (VAPs) in cooperation with local stakeholders, with a total budget of 7,2M€, allowing to fund 120 VAPs (60k€/VAP) in total, and targeting markets of developing countries, large emerging economies including China (Brazil, Russia, India, China, Mexico) and developed countries with the same allocation for each of these three country categories.
For-profit innovative SMEs, including young companies and start-ups, from any sector looking to compete and start business in new and emerging markets around the world, can apply. The applicants must be established in an EU Member State or a Horizon 2020 associated country, and the project must specify a partner entity (subcontractor) from the VAP focus country or countries.
