10th Italian Cuisine & Wine World Summit - Greater China Roadshow

China - Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is proud to introduce you to the 10th Anniversary of the Italian Cuisine & Wine World Summit - Greater China Roadshow, that will be held in three different locations:

• Hong Kong: 6-10 November 2018
• Beijing 8-12: November 2018
• Shanghai 12-16: November 2018

The Summit brings together the best Italian restaurants, food and wine producers, Michelin-starred chefs and culinary experts under one roof, with the aim of celebrating, promoting and 
educating customers about the quality and authenticity of Italian cuisine and its ingredients.

This year's Summit is committed to bringing the best Italian contemporary Michelin starred chefs in the best Italian Restaurants of Greater China, for a series of exclusive gala dinners and receptions in an effort to reward the establishments that privilege authenticity and quality of their offer. In all the different locations, the Summit agenda comprises Gala Dinners and side activities such as the Italian Wine List Awards, B2B meeting opportunities, workshops and masterclasses.

The organizers are offering different sponsorship opportunities which include a variety of benefits, in particular:

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

The company logo appears as SPONSOR on all the communication and promotional materials, in particular:

• In the press releases in English and Chinese for the local media; 
• On posters, banners and promotional brochures; the posters will be displayed in participating restaurants and on the premises in which the activities of the Summit will be carried out;
• On an advertising banner, in a permanent position on the official webpage of the Summit, with a direct link to the Sponsor’s webpage; 
• Personalized desk at the Summit’s Tradeshows and B2B events;
• Complimentary tickets for the Opening Gala.

PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE 

This package includes all the benefits of the Sponsors’ package below plus, the company logo appears as PARTNER on all the communication and promotional materials:

• In the two special newsletters sent by itchefs&Co. at the opening of the Summit and at its Closing, to the more than 10.000 registered operators of the sector;
• On the official uniforms of the Chefs (guests and hosts) participating to the Summit;
• In the joint PR activities;
• Opening Gala dinners ( the products of the Partner will be integrated into the menu, with logo + possible corner dedicated to the Partner, for the exhibition of its products, within the same venue).

MAIN PARTNERSHIP PACKAGE
This package includes all the benefits of the Partners’ package plus:

• Exclusivity for one product or service. No other company will be present at the Summit events offering the same products or services;
• Special benefits tailored to the main partner’s target and expectations. 

TAILOR MADE AGREEMENTS

• All partnership and sponsorship agreements are tailor-made to the needs and expectations of partners and sponsors. 
• At each level, the Sponsor / Partner can decide to participate in the full roadshow or only 1 or 2 cities.
