Ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China Topic: This lecture will cover ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China. Among others, the seminar will cover some aspects regarding immigration, contracts, company establishment, labor, etc. Finally Mr. Fornari will introduce some case studies concerning the above topics in order to further analyze certain interesting topics. Speaker: Mr. Franco Fornari, Director of Corporate III and Foreign Direct Investment Departments Mr. Fornari moved to China in 2008 and joined Wang Jing & Co Law Firm in 2009 working with European and international clients as a Senior Manager ever since.
