Speaker 4: Henry Hou (Huashang Law Firm, in alliance with BLB Studio Legale) Henry Hou currently is a senior attorney from Department of International Legal Affairs Department of China Commercial Law Firm. This thematic period will give spectators the chance to taste a variety of Italian delicacies, and to experience the uniqueness of the authentic Italian taste. Ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China Topic: This lecture will cover ten (plus one) common mistakes during daily life and business in China. Among others, the seminar will cover some aspects regarding immigration, contracts, company establishment, labor, etc. Finally Mr. Fornari will introduce some case studies concerning the above topics in order to further analyze certain interesting topics. Speaker: Mr. Franco Fornari, Director of Corporate III and Foreign Direct Investment Departments Mr. Fornari moved to China in 2008 and joined Wang Jing & Co Law Firm in 2009 working with European and international clients as a Senior Manager ever since.
