As part of the Third Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (November 19th-25th) the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) will host Italian Michelin-star Chef Cristina Bowerman as guest chef of the week. Beyond creativity and quality of her culinary inventions, Cristina Bowerman has an emblematic career as she managed to emerge in an environment - the one of haute cuisine - extremely biased towards males.
