Young Professional Talks #2 Career Development in Fashion Business and Design Management

The second session of the "Young Professional Talks” was held on Friday 25th 2022 both online and offline in Shanghai.

About 20 participants met three industry experts and got a glimpse into stories and careers in the world of Fashion Business and Design Management.

Mr Niklas Olsson, who is in charge of developing the Zegna organization across Asia Pacific, shared his personal experience and career in China, giving hope and strong motivation to all young participants, saying “The more intrinsic motivation you have, the more you are likely to persist. The more you persist, the more likely you are to succeed.”

Market studies and research predict current growth to continue for the next 20 years, and Chinese clients will count for 46% of the global luxury consumption by 2025. You are the future!”, said Ms Yingting Cheng, Chief Operating Officer Mainland China of Istituto Marangoni.
