Jay Chen joined SACE with the opening of SACE Shanghai in 2018 and he is responsible for export financing projects between Italy and China.

Since joining, Mr. Chen has been committed to establishing a reference point for Italian companies in China and Chinese companies importing Italian technology and equipment to increase the business relationship between Italy and China.
