From dawn to dusk: changing of lights on M&A in China, between new rules and financial crisis effects

We have gathered three international experts from three of the best consulting and law firms to explain to our audience the why and what of 2008 changes on M&A sector in China.
The last year has seen the entries of several new laws of primary importance – the anti-trust law, the income tax law, the labour law and, only few months before, the new bankruptcy law – and a big financial crisis which struck the world during the last weeks.
