Webinar | “Presenting Fidinam: China and Vietnam”, May 26th

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC), in collaboration with Fidinam, is pleased to inform that we are organizing the webinar “Presenting Fidinam: China and Vietnam”. The event is scheduled for May 26th, 2022 from 3:00 to 4:15 pm (Beijing Time).

Vietnam has several key elements making it an attractive location to set up a business, including the strategic location, stable political situation, ample workforce with competitive labor costs, open environment for FDI and a strong integration in global economy. To support business impacted by the current lockdown in Shanghai, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the State Administration of Taxation (SAT) of the People's Republic of China issued a series of preferential tax policies and extended the implementation period for some tax-preferential policies.

Tommaso Colli, Managing Director Fidinam Shanghai

Tommaso Colli is the Managing Director at Fidinam Shanghai. He is a senior professional with over 8 years of working experience in China. Mr Colli has extensive knowledge of financial advisory, M&A consulting and international taxation. His academic credentials include a Bachelor in Business Administration from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and a Master of Science in International Management from Bocconi University and Fudan University (Shanghai).

Phuong Thao Bui, Managing Director Fidinam Vietnam

Phuong Thao Bui is a lawyer and member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. Her key areas of practice include corporate and investments (outward and inward investment) and mergers and acquisitions across a wide range of industry sectors. She also provides clients with regulatory advice and assistance in general corporate matters in relation to their day-to-day operations, including but not limited to employment and commercial matters. Ms Thao earned a Bachelor of Laws in Commercial Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and the Lawyer Practice Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice.
