SPEAKERS

Guilherme Campos Manager, International Business Advisory at Dezshira 
Guilherme Campos is a Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates (DSA) and is based in South China's Greater Bay Area. Within DSA’s International Business Advisory unit, he mainly advises corporate investors on legal and tax compliance and in setting up and growing their business in China and ASEAN, with a specific regional focus on South China’s Greater Bay Area. As a member of the firm’s Italian Desk, Guilherme looks after several of the firm's Italian accounts, as well as publications and business partnerships.
Prior to joining DSA, Guilherme gained consulting experience at other advisory firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Macau. Guilherme speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Italian, French and Spanish. He has a Masters in Law from Portugal and the UK, and an EMBA in finance from Hult Business School in Shanghai.
He has recently served a mandate as Chair for the SME forum of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and is currently the Vice-Chair for the Intellectual Property working group of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in China.

Lynn Shen Assistant Manager Corporate Accounting Services at Dezan Shira & Associates 
Lynn Shen is the Assistant Manager of Dezan Shira & Associates Corporate Accounting Service Team, based in our South China, Shenzhen office.
She joined Dezan Shira in 2015 after graduating from Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing.Lynn has over 6 years of experience with tax consulting and accounting, and has worked with different clients in the manufacturing, trading, and services industries. She specializes in export refund and individual income tax, especially IIT advice for expatriates, tax compliance, as well as accounting and reporting.

Elaine Feng International Business Department at Bank of Shanghai Headquarters 
Elaine Feng is working in International Desk team in the International Banking Dept. of Bank of Shanghai Head Quarter. She promotes the bank’s collaboration with both government agencies and various professional service organizations, extending strong support to enterprises, who are ‘going out’ Chinese investment enterprises and ‘bringing in’ foreign investment enterprises, to realize their goals of globalization. Since the establishment of International Desk in 2014, the Desk has provided banking services and advice to more than 1,300 cross-border enterprises, most of whom are foreign investment ones.
Ms. Feng graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor degree of economics. She has over 10 years’ experience in banking business including the secondment as an account manager to Bank of Shanghai (Hong Kong) Limited. She has rich and diversified experience in cross-border finance, trade settlement and corporate banking services for foreign investment enterprises.

Matteo Zhi Senior Partner D'Andrea & Partners Consulting Co. Ltd Shanghai Branch 
Avv. Matteo Zhi is graduated from Nanjing University Law School for his bachelor’s degree in law and then respectively graduated from Rome Tre University and Shanghai Jiaotong University for his master’s degrees. Avv. Zhi advises European and Chinese clients on various legal matters and business transactions in China and cross-border. Special focus areas in FDI & ODI, Corporate and M&A, Cybersecurity and Data protection, Restructuring & Bankruptcy, IPR Protection, Employment as well as Dispute Resolution. He is fluent reading, writing, speaking in Chinese, Italian and English. Passed the Chinese Bar Exam and admitted to Shanghai Bar Association. Avv. Zhi has been awarded as Top 10 young lawyers of Yangpu District, Shanghai and listed in 2021 A-List Elite Lawyers of China Business Law Journal.
