The Energy and Environmental Protection Working Group (EEPWG) of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) invites you to join the webinar “Business in China: Discovering the New Five-Year Energy Plan” to unveil the 14th Five-Year Plan and its business implications.
In March, China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-25) for a modern energy system. The plan outlines the targets for annual energy supply capacity, and it is designed for accelerating the development of a clean, low-carbon, secure, and highly efficient energy system. Energy security is outlined as the premise on which the system will be built by enhancing the stability and safety of energy supply chains.
During this session, we will discuss the key issues of the 14th Five-year plan for the energy sector with a focus on power generation, hydrogen, and gas infrastructures.
