`Touch an Orphan`s Life` Charity Gala Dinner

The 7^th Annual Charity Gala Dinner for Orphans is a yearly event that has helped over 1,000 orphans across the People’s Republic of China. This event has provided companies and organisations an opportunity to give to the needy orphans of China and also network with prominent members of the diplomatic and business community who have similar values. Through in-depth media coverage, promotional materials and follow-up reports, your employees and customers will recognise the emphasis your company places on giving back to the community.

The Dinner will be held on the 27^th of March 2008 (venue to be confirmed) and is organised together with an international and prominent non-governmental organisation: Operation Blessing China whom shall administer all funds raised in a fully transparent and accountable fashion. Furthermore we have the official support of the Chinese Charity Foundation, which is the Chinese charity partner for this event.

Over the past years, the event has consistently attracted 300 to 350 leading members of Beijing`s business and diplomatic community. This year it is determined to build on the past successes, with 2006’s Dinner raising over 1,250,000 RMB for charity, the highest amount in the Dinner’s history. For the upcoming Dinner, it is committed to raise in excess of RMB 3,000,000, and your company can play a key role in achieving our objective.

Gift-in-kind will be made on a case-by-case basis if a company wishes to participate by donating services or gifts.

As in the past, any sponsorship contributions and donations are fully tax deductible.
