Seminar on New Labor Contract Law Implementation Rules, by SPWG

we are glad to invite you to the first CCIC seminar that has been entirely organized with the collaboration of Members from the Services Providers Working Group (SPWG).

The seminar has as main objective the analysis of the peculiar aspects of the new Contract Labor Law promulgated in January 2008, and its Implementation Rules, promulgated on Sept. 18^th, 2008.

Our members from the legal, consulting and entrepreneurial sector will give a general overview of the law and will introduce some significant experiences for Italians companies, trying to clarify those aspects that still remain critical in the daily application of this law.

To maximize the benefit of the users and bring into discussion the day-to-day issues faced by Companies doing business in China, the seminar will have an interactive approach, giving way to a continuous interaction among the Moderator, the Panelists and the audience, with open Q&A during the whole presentation.

The seminar will be presented by following experts:

-  acting as Moderator of the seminar and presenting a general introduction and history of the law, from 1995 to nowadays

-  acting as panelist, expert about legal analysis and practical cases

- acting as panelist, expert in Human Resources and Trade Unions Management

Mr Fabio Piazzalunga, GM, Diasorin                 
- acting as panelist, presenting the vivid example and study case of an Italian typical SME`s experience

Ms Eleonora Campidelli, CFO, Olimpia Splendid
- acting as panelist, presenting the vivid example and study case of an Italian typical SME`s experience

The themes discussed during the seminar will be formally summarized in an official document that will be distributed to all CCIC`s Members.

The seminar is completely free of charge and exclusively reserved to the CICC Members.
