The annual Gala Dinner appointment has been rebranded to bring a twist of innovation to this traditional event and to further celebrate its Italian essence.

The event will be held on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 at Park Hyatt Beijing and it will be part of the III Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World (III Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo) from November 19th to November 25th.
