The Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) of the CICC is glad to invite you to the online workshop “The Pinko Case Study”, on April 19th, 2022. During this session, we will explore the drivers for success of the Italian Fashion House Pinko in China and strategies for online IP protection.
Pinko started as a small family business in Emilia, Northern Italy in the late eighties. Now, it has 300 mono-brand stores worldwide, of which 90 are in China.
How can creativity and IP drive the success of the Pinko brand? What are the main challenges encountered for ensuring the brand protection in the China market? How did the brand use tech solutions for online IP protection? We invited Pinko Creative Director, Ms Caterina Negra, and Pinko Global Managing Director, Mr Roberto Sergi, to discuss the brand story and the importance of creativity, innovation and the right IP protection strategy for the China market.
The workshop will discuss digital tools and the protection of IP online. Our expert from the IPWG will provide suggestions and tips for ensuring a successful online IP protection.
