Patent registration strategies in China: the Santoni case study

The Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) together with the Innovation and Technology Working Group (I&TWG) of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to the seminar: "Patent registration strategies in China: the Santoni case study", which will be held ONLINE and OFFLINE on November 15th, 2021, from 4 pm to 5:30 pm (China Standard Time), in Shanghai and Shenzhen. 

Introduction:

The preparation work for a patent registration is crucial to benefit the most from it. The speakers will share best practices and information on how to draft and to translate in the most effective way the claims of a patent to be registered in China, how to coordinate the filing of the same patent claims among various countries and jurisdictions, and some tips on how to try to extend patent protection with ancillary patent filings. 

This seminar will be particularly of interest for executives, inhouse counsels and professionals of companies with multinational operations including China.
