The new regulations are designed to propel the ROs of foreign enterprises toward greater compliance and accountability by imposing, among others, new establishment and management requirements, strict operational and staffing rules, and increased penalties for non-compliance.
This update provides a background to RO regulatory landscape and introduces the new regulations and their impact on RO
management, operations and taxation. In particular, the presentation will deal with:
