CICC Goes Kart – Second Magneti Marelli Kart Cup in Zhuhai, June 30th, 2012

Dear Members and Friends,

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to invite you to attend the CICC Goes Kart – Second Magneti Marelli Kart Cup in Zhuhai, to be held on June 30th 2012 at the Zhuhai International Circuit (ZIC).
 

Organised in cooperation with Magneti Marelli Automotive Electronics (Guangzhou) and the Zhuhai International Circuit, and thank to the support of Faist Emission Control (Suzhou) and SCM Group China Trading Co Ltd., the event will be a unique occasion to advertise your company to an extended audience of contacts and to involve your staff and colleagues into a team-building activity.

Will you wish to join the race, please hurry up since seats are limited (50 racers only). 

Registrations should be done by e-mail, and seats will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
 

The CICC especially thanks the Lucky Draw Sponsors -Alitalia and the Zhuhai Intl Circuit (ZIC-) for providing wonderful prices on occasion of the Lucky Draw following the final race. Lucky draw tickets will be on sale during the event, at the price of RMB 50/each.

08:00 Optional transfer from Canton (Garden Hotel, No.368 Huanshi Dong Road, Guangzhou, 510064)
10:30 Arrival at ZIC
10:30-11:15 Registration to front desk, introduction of event schedule* and driving etiquette
11:30-13:00 Free practice (participants arranged in groups)**

Qualifying**

13:00-14:00 Lunch break
14:15-16:00 Final race**
16:15 Awards ceremony and Lucky Draw
17:00 Return by arranged bus, or otherwise self arrange

*Assistance on site will be provided by ZIC Trainers and Circuit Manager.

** Disclaimer: CICC shall not be deemed responsible in case of any accidents/damages happening to or incurring to or caused by the drivers.

The event is open to Members and Non-Members, racers and non-racers.

RACERS TICKETS:

Non-Members – RMB 650.00 /pax 
 

SPECTATORS TICKETS: RMB 350.00 /pax

Subscription fees are inclusive of transportation costs, access to the event, lunch.

Cancellations are available free of charge if made at least 48 hours prior the event. If you make a reservation and do not cancel 48 hours ahead in writing, you shall be required to pay the fee in full price.
