Chongqing - CHIC World Gallery Grand Opening

Dears Members and Friends,

The China- Italy Chamber of Commerce together with CHIC Group, would like to invite you to attend the 3 days event designed for the opening of the new Food and Fashion Gallery located in the Chongqing Free-Trade-Zone starting on Friday 1st June at 10:00am till Sunday the 3th.

 
CHIC Group is a Worldwide company, who has created a strong partnership with the Chongqing Local Government to develop the potential of this area. Indeed, Chongqing is the “kilometer Zero” of a new International Railway connection between China and Europe to promote the “Silk Road” and is the cornerstone of the “Go West “governmental project.

In order to elevate the European Lifestyle mood of the event, will be organizing fashion shows, live music, food competition, longest pizza and various other entertainments. At the same time will provided workshops, trainings and educational activities to allow all the consumers to better understand the European Touch.

Day 1 : Friday June 1  (Opening Ceremony)

10:30 - 11:00: Opening Ceremony Speeches

11:00 - 12:00: Opening Animation + VIP tour introduction

12:00 - 14:00: Networking Aperitif

14:00 - 15:00: Longest Pizza + Live European Bands

15:00 - 16:00: Fashion Shown

16:00 - 17:00 Entertainment Activity (Magic Show, clowns, Jugglers, Parade with Bacchu Mascot)

17:00 - 18:00: Food Testing

Day 2: Saturday June 2 (Kid’s Day)

10:00 - 11:00: European breakfast experience

Start at 11: 3D Painting + Football table competition (all day) + mini golf

12:00 - 14:00: Food testing

12:00 - 14:00: Longest Pizza + Live Music

14:00 - 15:00: Cooking Class

15:00 - 18:00: Pottery Class + Painting class /   Fashion Show

16:00 - 17:00 Entertainment Activity (Magic Show, clowns, Jugglers, Parade with Marco Polo Mascot + Unicorn)

17:00 - 18:00: Food Testing + Wine Testing

Day 3: Sunday June 3. (Closing Ceremony)

10:00 - 11:00: Food Testing

11:00 – 12:00: Introduction of Fashion Clothe 

12:00 - 14:00: Food Demonstration (Introduction of Italian Specialty)

14:00 - 15:00: Food Competition (Watermelon, Bugs, Spicy)

15:00 - 16:00: Fashion Show

16:00 - 18:00: Beer

16:00 - 18:00:   Entertainment Activity (Magic Show, clowns, Jugglers, Parade with Bacchus)

16:00 – 18:00: Live Music

17:00 - 18:00: Cocktail
