Arslan Dorman

Managing Director of game solution Shanghai

Arslan Dorman is the founder and managing director of game solution ag’s shanghai office. He is an expert in developing playful solutions for training and development for corporations. Over the past 20 years he has trained more than 25000 middle and higher-level managers and executives in the areas of strategic management, tactical effectiveness, business finance and leadership skills, particularly in the field of decision science and unconscious biases and debiasing strategies for leaders. Trained as an economist and policy analyst, Arslan currently investigates the intersection of neuroscience and decision making for executives and senior leaders. He develops serious games on these topics as well as developing unique workshops with LEGO(R) SERIOUS PLAY (R) method.
