The event is organized by the Sino-Italian Cultural Innovation Industrial Park of Tianfu New Area with the strong support of CICC. Tianfu Digital Cultural and Creative City is one of the three main functional areas of Tianfu New District, and it is also the location of Sino-Italian Cultural Innovation Industrial Park. It is based on the development concept of “build the cultural and economic bridge between China and Italy, inheriting Tianfu culture, integrating global resources, and leading the trend of cultural creation.” Three key industries in this area are creative design, digital film and television, cultural tourism. Tianfu is committed to creating a world-class IP incubator for cultural creation, a world-class destination for theme culture and tourism, and a platform for interchange among "Belt and Road Initiative". The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform that the 2022 World Conference on Clean Energy Equipment will be held in Deyang, Sichuan Province, from August 27th-29th, 2022. The 2022 World Conference on Clean Energy Equipment is organized by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China. The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) is pleased to inform you that the 1st GIPExpo (Global Geographical Indications Products Expo) will be held in Luzhou from July 29th to 31st 2022. For the occasion, the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing, ITA – Italian Trade Agency and the CICC will co-organize an "Italian National Pavilion". The 1st GIPExpo is hosted by the Luzhou Municipal People’s Government of Sichuan Province and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, and supported by, among others, the Trade Development Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the P.R.C. and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. With the theme "Strengthening the Protection of Geographical Indications and Promoting the High-Quality Industrial Development", the expo aims at boosting the trade of Geographical Indication Products, technical exchange, cultural interaction and investment promotion.   The Italian National Pavilion will be set up in the main Exhibition Hall dedicated to EU and international Pavilions.   TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE In order to promote the excellence of Italian agricultural products, this "Call" is meant to be both for Companies and local Importer/Distributors of Italian agricultural products with a preference to the Italian product listed in the Annex IV and Annex VI of the EU-China Agreement on GI Product protection and Cooperation signed in Bruxelles in 2020. Individual corner (Desk with LOGO, QR code, Brochure and other information) will be arranged according to the product delivered and to be displayed; The tasting of some products (es. Diary product or fresh cheese/meat) could be allowed only at the presence of a Company’s delegate. Use of Company Logo, Brochure and information (QR code, website etc.) for any communication and promotional activities related to the Exhibition (Official Exhibition Catalogue, Official website, etc.);   Possibility to host a delegate of the Company within the National Pavilion; Professional personnel/hostess will be present at the individual corner to provide basic information on products during the Exhibition;   Our requests to Companies: Companies or local Importer/Distributors of Italian agricultural products are required to deliver on time (by July 28th) a suitable amount of product samples to be exhibited and tasted during the 3 days of the exhibition. We kindly remind that the Exhibition is mainly focused on the Italian products listed in Annex IV and Annex VI of the EU-China Agreement on GI (attached here). All the costs and expenses related to the products, transportation and delivery will be borne by the Companies.
