On March 10th, the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce will pay a joint visit to the Department of Commerce and the Department of Agriculture of Yunnan Province. The Yunnan Province has a very characteristic economic and industrial fabric, centered on sectors such as agriculture, the food industry and other special industries. The mission organized by the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has the objective of promoting the development of Italian companies in the region and fostering commercial contacts between Italian and Chinese entrepreneurs, as well as investigating the regulations relating to the development of businesses in the region. The visit will be attended by Mr Guido Bilancini, Consul General of Italy in Chongqing, and Mr Gianluca Luisi, Vice President of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce. Italian companies operating in the field of food processing and agricultural machinery are invited to participate in the Italian delegation visiting the Yunnan province.
