Ospitalita’ Italiana is a “quality certification” to certify that the awarded Italian restaurants meet the high quality standards required to make Italian authentic cuisine, as they use original imported Italian products (olive oil, parmigiano, D.o.C. wines etc) and have an experienced Italian chef.   The cerimony has been held in the presence of Mr Alessandro De Masi Commercial Officer of the Embassy of Italy in China, Mr Enrico Condemi Vice Director of the Italian Trade Commission, Mr Franco Cutrupia Chairman of the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Ms Elena Tosana Secretary General, Mr Daniele Cravero, owner of the Restaurant All’Osteria in Beijing, Mr Angelo Morano, owner of the Restaurant That’s Amore in Shanghai, as well as Chinese and Italian Media.   During the press conference Ms Elena Tosana presented Marchio Ospitalità Italiana Project and showed a presentation video broadcast by Italian National Newscast TG2.
