Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic person with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales and marketing to join our team. The new resource will assist our Sales and Marketing department in day-to-day responsibilities in addition to working on special projects. We can offer the opportunity to work in a fast paced and international environment, and the possibility to grow within the company.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide administrative and daily support to the sales team;
Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, proposals and quotations;
Support the effective implementation of marketing strategies;
Assist in growing and maintaining social media presence;
Help shape organic social media strategies across all channels;
Assist in the creation and organization of photos, graphics, logos, and social media/marketing content;
Support development of relevant copy to marketing campaigns;
Research and develop tools for internal communication;
Update and/or create presentations;
Any other duties commensurate with the role.

Education Background:

Currently enrolled in a Chinese University;
Basic understanding of sales principles;
Aptitude for problem solving;
Good communication level both written and oral;
Able to work in team;
Able to give proper priority to the activities assigned in order to achieve the expected results;
Assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments and tasks.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
Knowledge of SAP is a plus;
Knowledge of analytical and promotion tools is a plus;
Language: mandatory Chinese and English.
